1.1 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTC”) govern all orders placed through the Shadows of Desire<\/strong> online shop (hereinafter “Shop”), in the version valid at the time of the order.<\/p>

1.2 The sales contract is concluded between the customer and Easy4You Sagl<\/strong>, Via Giacomo Brentani 16, 6900 Lugano, Switzerland, e-mail: info@easy4you.cloud<\/a> (hereinafter “Easy4You”).<\/p>

1.3 The GTC form an integral part of every contract concluded between Easy4You and the customer. Any divergent conditions of the customer are not valid unless expressly accepted in writing by Easy4You. <\/p>

1.4 The Shop’s offer is exclusively directed to adults. Easy4You reserves the right to refuse orders in case of doubts about the customer’s age or identity. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Order procedure and contract conclusion<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2.1 The customer selects the desired products and characteristics through the Shop and adds them to the cart.<\/p>

2.2 By submitting the order through the “Order and pay” button, the customer makes a binding offer and accepts these GTC.<\/p>

2.3 The automatic confirmation via e-mail serves only as confirmation of receipt of the order and does not constitute acceptance of the contract.<\/p>

2.4 The contract is considered concluded only with the order confirmation sent by Easy4You or, at the latest, with the start of the service execution process.<\/p>

2.5 Easy4You reserves the right to refuse orders in case of product unavailability, impossibility of service execution, or for other justified reasons. In such cases, any payments already made will be refunded. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Service execution system<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

3.1 All products start new from Easy4You’s warehouse<\/strong>.<\/p>

3.2 After order confirmation, the product is shipped to a selected collaborator (“creator”) exclusively for the execution of the service requested by the customer.<\/p>

3.3 The use of the product occurs only once<\/strong> and exclusively for the service chosen by the customer<\/strong>.<\/p>

3.4 Once the service is completed, the product returns to Easy4You’s warehouse for a final inspection.<\/p>

3.5 Only after this inspection is the product shipped to the final customer.<\/p>

3.6 To ensure maximum privacy, the client and creator remain anonymous to each other at all times.<\/strong> All shipments and communications are handled exclusively by Easy4You.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Service execution, delivery and shipping system<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

4.1 The delivery times indicated on the site are to be considered indicative, as the process includes multiple phases (shipment to the creator, return to warehouse, final shipment). Generally, delivery occurs within 7-10 days. <\/p>

4.2 Shipments are made in discreet packaging without explicit references to the content.<\/p>

4.3 Easy4You ships to Switzerland and abroad, unless otherwise indicated on the site.<\/p>

4.4 Risk passes to the customer at the moment of delivery of the product to the carrier for final shipment.<\/p>

4.5 The customer is required to verify the integrity of the package upon receipt and report any damage within 5 days of delivery.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Prices and payment<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

5.1 All prices are indicated in the currency displayed on the Shop and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise indicated.<\/p>

5.2 Shipping costs and other possible additional costs are indicated separately before order completion.<\/p>

5.3 Payment is due immediately upon ordering. The order will be executed only after payment is received. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Right of withdrawal and returns<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

6.1 Considering the personalized nature of the service and the use of the product at the customer’s request, no right of withdrawal or return is provided<\/strong>, except for different legal obligations.<\/p>

6.2 Once the service execution process has started, the order cannot be cancelled.<\/p>

6.3 The customer’s rights remain intact in case of defective or non-conforming products.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Warranty and liability<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

7.1 Easy4You guarantees that the delivered products correspond to what was ordered.<\/p>

7.2 Claims related to personal preferences, subjective expectations, or individual interpretations of the service are excluded.<\/p>

7.3 Easy4You is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

9.1 Should any provision of these GTC be deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain fully valid.<\/p>

9.2 Swiss law applies exclusively. The application of the Vienna Convention on the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded.<\/p>
